We ask that everyone please allow us a 48 hour notice of cancellation, if this 48 hour notice is not met a charge of 50% of the booked services will be made on to your card.

OF COURSE AS WE ALL KNOW, IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT, IT’S THE PRODUCTS FAULT. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF NECESSARY?

Any product purchased through Melrose & McQueen, or Melrose & McQueen affiliated company, may be returned with a 100% full refund, as long as said return is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
